Tim is dedicated to helping each of his clients through the uncertainty, anger and worry of hard times. Whether he is guiding someone through the maze of issues after a work injury, steering someone through the legal aspects of a sudden disability, or protecting an individual’s right to fair compensation after being wrongfully harmed, Tim always strives to bring justice and compassion to his work.

Since joining Shaheen & Gordon in 2006, Tim has achieved great success for his clients and substantial experience in his field. He focuses primarily on representing the injured and disabled in various forms of litigation and administrative proceedings, including workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and personal injury. He practices law throughout much of northern New England, with licenses in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.

Tim’s commitment to integrity and zealous advocacy has earned the approval of both his clients and his peers. He is a recipient of the Super Lawyers “Rising Star” award for four consecutive years, from 2013 through 2016. He is a member and former chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, a member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice, the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Tim is also a frequent presenter at seminars for his colleagues in the legal field.

  • $335,000.00 Workers’ Compensation Lump Sum Settlement for Worker with Permanent Lower Back Injury

    Attorney Timothy P. Beaupre represented a gentleman who injured his back while lifting heavy materials at work. The worker had to undergo multiple surgeries but was left with a poor end result. Well before settling the case, Attorney Beaupre obtained yearly cost of living benefit increases for his client. Also before settlement, Attorney Beaupre successfully collected permanent impairment awards for his client in the amounts of $13,500 and $30,000, bringing the total financial award to nearly $380,000.00.

  • $220,000.00 Lump Sum Settlement For Injured Ambulance Worker

    Attorney Timothy P. Beaupre's client suffered a knee injury at work which required multiple surgeries culminating in a total knee replacement. Attorney Beaupre worked closely with his client for more than five years, ensuring his client's continued benefits and succeeding before the New Hampshire Department of Labor to obtain medical benefits that were disputed by the insurance carrier. Attorney Beaupre continues to work with his client to ensure that medical benefits are paid by the insurer.

    Attorney Timothy P. Beaupre represented a gentleman who fractured his hip when a defective chair collapsed at work. Prior to the settlement, Attorney Beaupre represented his client before the Social Security Administration, successfully arguing the case before an administrative law judge, and obtaining disability benefits for his client. Thereafter, Attorney Beaupre secured a workers' compensation settlement to further protect his client financially for the long-term.

  • $80,000.00 Lump Sum Settlement For A Police Officer Injured In High Speed Chase

    Attorney Timothy P. Beaupre represented a police officer who sustained multiple serious injuries while in the line of duty. Attorney Beaupre first helped his client obtain State disability retirement benefits due to the client's inability to return to police work, then negotiated a settlement with the workers' compensation insurance carrier to best maximize benefits from both programs.
