A native of Somersworth, New Hampshire, Tim brings substantial recent experience to Shaheen & Gordon’s litigation team, focusing his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and social security disability.
Since joining the firm in the summer of 2006, Tim has successfully represented a large number and variety of clients in administrative courts. Whether it is representing an injured worker before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, or a disabled person before a Judge at the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, Tim has obtained important victories for clients based on straightforward legal advice and aggressive representation.
Tim began his career in Workers’ Compensation as a law student, by drafting the winning argument to one of New Hampshire’s defining Workers’ Compensation Supreme Court decisions. Since that time, he has continued to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, representing injured claimants in both Workers’ Compensation cases and
Social Security appeals. Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordon, Tim worked at a small law firm in New Hampshire where he was exposed to a wide variety of cases.
