Potential Untapped Opportunities in Public Roadway Claims

Posted By Shaheen & Gordon, P.A.

In New Hampshire, the starting point for any potential personal injury claim against a municipality is RSA 507-B:2. Attorney Carr explores how attorneys can approach plaintiff’s claims in an article published in the most recent issue of the New Hampshire Bar News, which focuses on personal injury and worker’s compensation issues.
