Marcie E. Vaughan
Biography
Marcie E. Vaughan is an Associate Attorney at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. and a member of the firm’s Business and Health Care Groups. She handles state and federal employment law compliance and works with clients to develop strategies for effectively managing workplace issues. Marcie’s Employment practice dovetails with Shaheen & Gordon’s Health Care Group; in that context, Marcie works with hospitals and physician practice groups on a variety of compliance issues, including Medicare, HIPAA and GINA.
Before joining Shaheen & Gordon, Marcie spent two years as a New Hampshire Superior Court law clerk. Prior to law school, she worked in fundraising and strategic planning for a number of nonprofit organizations, including the Appalachian Mountain Club and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
