Attorney Benjamin Siracusa Hillman Elected a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

We’re proud to announce that Attorney Benjamin Siracusa Hillman has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

ACTEC is an organization of trust and estate lawyers who have been elected by their peers in recognition of having made outstanding contributions to the practice of trust and estate law. ACTEC brings together top lawyers in the profession to maintain a high quality of trust and estate legal services through education, collaboration, and contribution to the improvement of the practice.

Fellows are elected twice per year. In this round of elections, there were 24 new fellows elected nationwide and Siracusa Hillman is one of only two newly elected Fellows in New England.

Ben has built a reputation in New Hampshire as one of the most knowledgeable attorneys in the field of trusts and estates. In addition to exceptional legal representation, for which he has received awards, he has made significant contributions to the profession, including being responsible for drafting and successfully advocating for passage of legislation that substantially simplified the administration of uncontested New Hampshire estates with multiple beneficiaries.

Ben is former New Hampshire Chapter President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and currently serves as a board member of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Hampshire.
