Tim joined Shaheen & Gordon’s Concord office in the winter of
2015 after working as a litigation associate in the Boston offices of
Holland & Knight and Dewey & LeBoeuf.
A native of Laconia, Tim is experienced with a wide range of complex disputes
and has appeared in numerous state and federal courts as well as arbitration
proceedings. He also maintains an active pro bono practice having handled
matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services and in superior court.
Tim earned his B.A. in Russian language from The College of the Holy Cross
in 2000 and graduated from Boston College Law School in 2009. In between,
Tim served for six years in the Marine Corps and later worked in Sarajevo
as a prosecution intern at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in its
war crimes section.
Tim is active in the community, serving as the president of Veterans Legal
Services, which is a charitable organization that provides free legal
services to homeless and low-income veterans. In 2013, the Greater Boston
Chamber of Commerce recognized Tim as one of its Ten Outstanding Young
Leaders and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly recognized him for Excellence
in Pro Bono. In addition, Tim is now on the Board of Directors for the
Concord Coalition to End Homelessness.
