Lucy J. Karl represents officers and directors in corporate fraud matters and regularly
conducts compliance and internal investigations for organizations of all
sizes and industries. Ms. Karl is on the chairperson roster for both FINRA
and the American Arbitration Association. She also served as a court appointed
receiver of a disgorgement fund of a failed investment firm and was responsible
for evaluating and administering investor claims.
Steven M. Gordon regularly represents current and former officers and directors, including
Presidents and Chief Financial Officers of various institutions, in federal
grand jury investigations. Steve also represents in administrative proceedings
brought by various state and federal regulators, including the SEC and
the New Hampshire Banking Department and Bureau of Securities Regulation.
