Medical Staff Issues
S&G understands the importance of the relationship between hospitals and their medical staff and seeks to create an environment of trust and cooperation while respecting the need for medical staff independence. We have considerable experience in preparing medical staff bylaws, credentialing and fair hearings policies that strike the appropriate balance. We are well versed in the Health Care Quality Improvement Act and in conducting hearings in a compliance manner.
