We are proud to welcome Carole Waters to the law firm. She will practice
with the Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Group, with a
focus on helping individuals and families achieve their goals and solidify
Carole has extensive experience providing compassionate, professional legal
services to families in times of need. She practiced for seven years in
Alaska, with the Office of Public Advocacy and the Alaska Public Defender
Agency, prior to moving to New Hampshire with her family.

Carole earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and
her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a
member of New Hampshire Bar Association’s Class of 2018 Leadership
Academy and the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association.
Carole is also active in her community, most recently serving as a Community
Ambassador for the United Way of the Greater Seacoast. She served on the
board of the Alaska Legal Services Corporation and was a faculty member
for a Southeast Alaska Indian Child Welfare (ICWA) Conference, training
tribal workers on advocating for their tribes in ICWA matters before state courts.
