Attorney Jim Tamposi brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate and real estate law to Shaheen & Gordon. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Mr. Tamposi earned his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1983. His experience practicing corporate and business law is extensive, and includes a variety of general corporate work. Throughout the years, Mr. Tamposi has excelled in assisting individuals and businesses during a range of business law matters, including corporation and limited liability company formation, negotiation of stockholder agreements, stock issuance and redemption agreements, and company mergers, sales, and acquisitions.

In addition to his decades of experience in business law, Attorney Tamposi has also specialized in providing counsel and representation in the field of real estate law, including real estate development and the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate projects and assets. As a real estate lawyer, Mr. Tamposi has concentrated on commercial and large-scale projects, including commercial development, assisting clients with condominium and subdivision projects, and issues relating to planning, zoning and land use law, development, financing, and construction.

Mr. Tamposi's extensive and concentrated experience, in addition to his commitment to clients, makes him an invaluable member of Shaheen & Gordon's legal team.
