Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. is proud to welcome Attorney Thomas D. Palermo to our Criminal Law Practice Group, working out of the firm’s Concord office.
Palermo will represent clients in a wide range of criminal offenses, both major and minor, including white-collar crimes, homicide, assault, drug offenses, and DWI/DUI.
Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordon, Palermo was an Assistant County Attorney at the Carroll County Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors from complaint to sentencing. He served as the lead prosecutor on many serious charges, ranging from negligent homicide and aggravated felonious sexual assault to controlled drug sales and felony reckless conduct. He served as lead prosecutor and second-chair on numerous jury trials.
“Thomas’s experience as a prosecutor will be invaluable for our clients,” says James Rosenberg, Co-Chair of the Criminal Law Practice Group. “His ability to understand how cases proceed to trial will allow him to think creatively and build the best defense. We are thrilled to have him join our team.”
Palermo graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law as a Daniel Webster Scholar in 2019. In 2016, he graduated from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada, with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree.
