Sydney Dempsey is an associate in Shaheen & Gordon’s family law group. Her interest in family law grew out of passion for client-centered work and the opportunity to help families in some of the most difficult times of their lives.
Sydney graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2026. During her time at UNH, she gained meaningful experience working with indigent clients in the criminal and civil space as a Rule 36 Student Attorney. She brings experience with trauma-informed advocacy to her work at Shaheen & Gordon.
Sydney’s background working with families in schools and in the legal system makes her uniquely qualified to work with clients navigating a wide range of family law issues. She is committed to advocating for clients in emotionally charged circumstances in a way that supports each client’s legal objectives and comfort.
