Bryce has practiced law since 1986 with a focus on real estate, handling all types of real estate, lending, and commercial transactions including purchasing, refinancing and leases. He works with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders, from contract formation through closing, to ensure that their specific needs are addressed and interests protected. Practicing in both New Hampshire and Vermont, Bryce is an approved closing attorney for numerous local and national lending institutions. He has served as an agent for First American Title Insurance Corporation since 1986.
Bryce is an active cyclist, back country skier and master Nordic ski racer, a former member of the Board of Directors for the New England Nordic Ski Association and Chair of the Masters Committee. He is a member of the Ford Sayre Ski Club and Upper Valley Cycling Club. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors for Home and Community Health Care of the Upper Valley and for the Hanover Conservation Council.
