Olivia Bensinger (she/her) is a skilled litigation attorney with a focus on business and employment law, school investigations, and other civil litigation matters. Olivia is dedicated to protecting her clients’ rights and takes a detail-oriented approach to casework that ensures her clients feel confident that they are in good hands.
Olivia works with both employers and employees to provide advice and litigate employment matters when necessary. Experience on both the defendant and claimant side allows Olivia to leverage dual perspectives when advocating for her clients and building a trial strategy. She also represents individuals and businesses in various types of civil litigation, including commercial breach of contract matters.
Olivia’s clients also include students, faculty, and staff in school/university disciplinary matters, such as plagiarism, hazing, sexual harassment, and other Title IX proceedings. She brings unique experience negotiating and litigating these matters, with a record of favorable results for her clients.
Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordon, Olivia had a prestigious clerkship with the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama and gained private practice experience with a top international law firm based out of New York City, working on various litigation and international arbitration matters.
