Austin Mikolaities is a member of the Shaheen & Gordon’s Business Law group.
Austin’s practice includes advising clients ranging from solo entrepreneurs to larger, multi-national companies, with a particular focus in complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, 1031 exchanges, and corporate governance work. His practice also includes commercial real estate transactions ranging from buy/sell agreements to commercial finance and lending transactions. Austin seeks to build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing legal guidance for businesses of all sizes.
As part of his commitment to seeing local small businesses thrive, Austin helped build the firm’s partnership with the New Hampshire Small Business Development Council (NH SBDC) to provide free legal consulting services to eligible businesses. Austin has consulted dozens of clients through this program, helping them build a stronger foundation for their businesses.
In addition to his experience in private practice, Austin previously worked as an attorney for a large renewable energy corporation in Portland, Oregon.
Austin was born in Portsmouth, NH and received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 2015. Austin received his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 2018 where he was a member of the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a unique practice-based curriculum, graduates of which are admitted to practice in the state of New Hampshire upon graduation. He is a member of the New Hampshire State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire.
Austin now lives in Dover, NH, and enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with his family and Siberian Husky.
