With nearly 25 years of legal experience across the US and her native Ukraine, Lena Neruk offers a unique blend of international expertise and deep local knowledge to business clients of all sizes. She helps clients navigate complicated legal challenges and drive business growth, shepherding business owners through complex formations, restructurings, and dissolutions as well as real estate transactions of all kinds.
From her early days as an attorney at a local bank in Ukraine, Lena has built her practice on a foundation of honesty and integrity. Her attention to detail and creative problem solving not only helped return her bank to viability, but also ultimately led to her serving as general counsel for a first-of-its-kind partnership between a government entity and a private company.
During the four years she ran her private practice in Odesa, she specialized in real estate planning and transactions, providing expert counsel to over 3,000 clients per year. After moving to the United States, her eight years as a paralegal taught her transactional nuances and regional title matters across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. She now brings this wealth of experience to clients of all types, guiding them through their business and real estate challenges and helping them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Lena is an active community member, volunteering for many nonprofit organizations that make New Hampshire a more welcoming place. An immigrant herself, she’s especially focused on working with organizations that help provide humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian people.
