Sierra is a member of the firm’s Family Law practice group. She is passionate about supporting individuals through difficult, transitional periods with compassion and dedication.
In her practice, Sierra takes a client-centered approach focused on meeting each client’s individual needs with care and attention. She emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and diligent preparation to ensure clients feel informed and empowered throughout the legal process. With hands-on experience in trial settings, she is a fierce advocate for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. Her thoughtful and attentive style helps clients navigate complex challenges with confidence and trust.
Prior to joining the firm, Sierra gained broad experience across the criminal defense spectrum. As a SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student-Attorney, she represented clients in court and argued a range of motions during her time with the Juvenile Defenders Clinic and with the Committee for Public Counsel Services’ Boston Trial Unit. She also gained exposure to appellate litigation as a legal intern with the Massachusetts Appeals Court. While in law school, Sierra was recognized with the Best Oral Advocate Award and won the Clinical Legal Education Association’s Outstanding Clinic Student Award for excellence in client representation and contributions to both the clinical community and broader legal communities. Additionally, she served as a Peer Mentor on the board of the Women’s Law Association at Suffolk, as well as a Teaching Assistant for the first-year Legal Practice Skills course. Sierra earned her J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and holds a B.S. in Legal Studies and Psychology from Roger Williams University.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time visiting family and friends, growing her plant collection, and trying new coffee spots!
