Andrew has been practicing law for over 27 years. He regularly appears in trial courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and handles appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and Massachusetts Court of Appeals.
His recent successes include litigation of a case in both the superior court and supreme court that clarified whether a party to a divorce can change the beneficiaries on their life insurance policies without first obtaining court approval.
Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordon, Andrew served as director at a six-person law firm in Nashua, where he was responsible for all aspects of preparing and trying domestic, land use/boundary line, probate, tax abatement, personal injury, and commercial disputes for trial and appeal in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
“Andrew is a great addition to our team,” says Tracey Goyette Cote, Chair of the Family Law Group at Shaheen & Gordon. “His experience will bring peace of mind to our clients as we help them through some of the toughest times in their lives.”
Andrew is a graduate of the Boston College School of Law. He is a current member of the Batchelder Inns of Court, which brings together those in the legal profession throughout New Hampshire.
