We are proud to welcome Attorney Roger D. Turgeon to our team. He brings his experience to one of the largest and most successful personal injury teams in New Hampshire.
Roger has focused his practice on personal injury for 40 years, since graduating from Harvard Law School. He worked with multiple prominent law firms out of Boston before founding his own firm, Turgeon & Associates, in 1999.
His personal injury experience ranges from matters involving auto accidents to unsafe premises, product liability, and other general liability matters. He won a record $5.3 million jury verdict on a wrongful death case in New Hampshire.

Roger is a frequent presenter at CLE seminars on topics including trial practice, product liability, proving medical injuries and damages, liquor liability, and car crash injury claims.
He is a governor-at-large and chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the NH Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and a past president of the Greater Newburyport Bar Association. Roger is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
