Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Christine List has joined the firm’s Business Law Group. Christine focuses her practice on helping businesses address the legal and governance issues associated with artificial intelligence, including AI adoption, technology transactions, vendor risk, intellectual property, data privacy and security, and corporate governance.
Christine also provides strategic counsel for the broader needs of small and growing businesses. Her work includes commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and acquisition readiness and integration. Having worked closely with business leaders and teams across departments, Christine understands that effective advice must work in the real world. Her goal is to help clients make sound decisions and move their businesses forward.
Before joining Shaheen & Gordon, Christine served as in-house contracts and AI counsel for a high-growth telecommunications company, where she established and led its AI governance program. She previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of a growing New Hampshire manufacturing company. Christine has more than 18 years of legal experience, including a decade as a trial and appellate attorney with the New Hampshire Public Defender, where she now serves as Chair of the Board of Directors.
