We are proud to welcome Attorney Timothy Mainella to the firm. He will be based out of the firm’s Dover office.
Tim will work with clients in a range of areas, including personal injury, civil rights, and general litigation. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce School of Law as part of its prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Program.
“Tim has a promising career ahead of him,” says Alexander Spadinger, co-chair of the DEI Committee. “We were impressed by his skills and dedication to quality work during his internships and we’re honored to have him working with us now as a full-time attorney.”
Tim is a two-time alumnus of Shaheen & Gordon’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Summer Internship Program. As an intern in 2022, Tim split his time working with attorneys on high-quality legal work and working with the Manchester NAACP. He returned as an intern in 2023 and a legal resident this past winter. Tim was also appointed to the City of Dover’s NH Commission for Racial Equity and Inclusion in 2020 and served a two-year term.
