Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. is excited to announce the addition of Attorney Ivy Haase and Attorney Lena Neruk to the firm’s Business Group. Both will be based out of the Dover office.
Haase earned her B.S. in mechanical engineering before graduating from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. She went on to work at firms in Washington, DC and Baltimore, where she specialized in drafting and developing patent and IP strategies. In time, she found herself serving as in-house legal counsel for a company based out of Belgium, where she handled contract negotiation and closing with companies of all sizes.
Neruk also brings a wealth of experience to the firm, with a combined 23 years in the legal field across Ukraine and the United States. In both countries, she has helped clients navigate complicated legal challenges and drive business growth, shepherding business owners through complex formations, restructurings, and dissolutions as well as real estate transactions of all kinds. During her time practicing in Ukraine, Neruk ran her own practice focused on real estate transactions, business, and estate planning.

Both Haase and Neruk are admitted to practice in distinct U.S. jurisdictions and are currently working on admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
