Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. Elects Twelve New Partners

The shareholders of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. are proud to announce the election of twelve new partners to the firm, effective January 1, 2026: Kirsten Allen, Michael Atkins, William Baker, Chris Bandazian, Elana Baron, Olivia Bensinger, Leah Cole Durst, Adam Kossayda, Sarah Landres, Austin Mikolaities, Danielle Pomeroy, and Barry Schuster.  

“2025 was another year of tremendous growth for our firm,” says Michael Noonan, Managing Partner of Shaheen & Gordon, “and it’s important that our partnership group accurately represents who we are. These twelve attorneys each bring a distinct voice to the table. Every single one of them has a proven track record of doing right by our clients and our communities. Our firm’s future looks brighter than ever.” 

With this election, the Shaheen & Gordon partnership grows to 38 members, representing a firm of over 160 attorneys and staff.

Attorney Allen represents business owners and professionals in a range of industries in and out of court. As a practiced civil litigator, Kirsten also adeptly handles contested real estate and probate matters. Kirsten has gained significant trial and appellate experience, achieving victories for her clients in court, in arbitration, and on appeal.    

Attorney Atkins has 30+ years of experience representing individuals, businesses and institutional clients through complex civil, personal injury, and commercial litigation matters. He also serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator in regard to such matters. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, having represented professional athletes, NCAA institutions, and franchises. 

Attorney Baker has over 15 years of experience representing a diverse cross-section of individuals and businesses in civil litigation, probate, and land use matters. He serves communities across Southern NH and ME, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire. 

Attorney Bandazian focuses on Personal Injury, Workers’ Comp, and SSDI claims with State, Town, and volunteer positions including as Chair of the NH Legislative Study Commission on the Environmental & Health Impacts of PFAS Chemicals, Bedford Planning Board and Energy Commission, and Joppa Hill Educational Farm President & Board of Directors. 

Attorney Baron has developed substantial experience in the areas of Real Estate, Civil and Probate Litigation, Estate Planning, Trusts, Elder Law, and Corporate Law. Born and raised in Montreal, Elana is fluent in both English and French and has clients from both sides of the USA/Canada border. 

Attorney Bensinger is a skilled litigation attorney with a focus on business and employment law, school investigations, and other civil litigation matters. Experience on both the defendant and claimant side allows Olivia to leverage dual perspectives when advocating for her clients and building a trial strategy. 

Attorney Cole Durst concentrates her practice on complex personal injury litigation, including sexual assault, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, and civil rights litigation. Her work has seen her litigate against law enforcement and correctional facilities as well as handle education and employment related civil rights issues. 

Attorney Kossayda focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and civil litigation. In all matters, he looks to manage risk and maximize opportunity for his clients. Adam has spent his entire legal career assisting members of the Greater Keene & Monadnock community.

Attorney Landres has a respected criminal defense practice and over 15 years of experience as a trial lawyer. She represents people of all ages, at all stages of investigation, accused of all levels of crime, including misdemeanor and felony DUI, sexual assault, theft, domestic violence, drug-related crimes, and homicide. 

Attorney Mikolaities advises clients ranging from solo entrepreneurs to larger, multinational companies, with a particular focus in complex corporate and commercial real estate transactions. Austin also helped build the firm’s partnership with NH SBDC to provide free legal consulting services to eligible businesses. 

Attorney Pomeroy has built a practice focused on personal injury, with experience representing victims in motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and more. She has secured million-dollar settlements and trial victories on behalf of her clients. Danielle currently serves on the Board of Governors for NHAJ. 

Attorney Schuster has practiced business, real estate and municipal law since 1978. A trial lawyer with over thirty-five years of experience, Barry regularly appears before municipal boards, litigates in New Hampshire and Vermont trial courts, and has appeared in more than forty appeals before the Supreme Courts of NH & VT.
