We are proud to announce the addition of a Peterborough office through a partnership with Atkins Callahan, PLLC. This is the firm’s fifth office in New Hampshire and sixth office overall with other locations in Concord, Dover, Manchester and Nashua, NH, and Portland, ME.
Attorney James Callahan has more than 35 years of experience representing businesses, financial institutions, and real estate clients in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Callahan has extensive experience negotiating, structuring, and closing debt and equity financing transactions including commercial financings and secured transactions. He holds an MBA with a finance concentration and brings these added skills to his practice.
Attorney Michael Atkins also has more than 30 years of experience representing individuals, businesses and institutional clients in Civil and Commercial litigation matters in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York. In addition to his litigation experience, Atkins is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator and is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and has served as general counsel to a professional baseball franchise as well as represented professional athletes and NCAA governed institutions.
