Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., Attorneys at Law, is seeking an energetic and detail oriented full-time HR and Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Director of Operations and HR Manager in the Dover, NH office. To be successful in this role the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, in addition to working independently.
Responsibilities
- HRIS data entry, records management, and reporting
- Coordinate the recruitment and interview process, tracking the status of open positions and candidates
- Coordinate scheduling meetings and interviews as needed.
- Assist with offer letters to new employees
- Assist with the performance management process
- Supervision of reception and administrative assistant personnel
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to oversee facilities management
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory management
- Administrative support for operations, marketing and HR projects
- Coordinating meetings and planning events
- Maintaining files and providing support for purchasing and vendor management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with coworkers, leadership, and vendors
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and function well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a professional, friendly, and customer focused attitude and demeanor
Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Word/Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education/Experience
- Experience in an office / professional environment, with demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in business or another related field, preferred.
